No experience necessary, however to attend a group class you must take 3 private classes or have prior knowledge of the machine.

We offer an intro package for newbie’s to see where to start.

Beginner Reformer: This class is based on Joseph Pilate’s classical method it is recommended to new students or special need clients who have an injury. The pace is little slower, but the class will flow and work on technique and precision.

Mixed Equipment: Two machines are better than One in this class you will utilize both the power of the tower and the flow of the reformer. The tower unique gadgetry is the ultimate for core strength. Get bored easy this class is for you!

Reformer Class:   An oldie but a goodie, one cannot deny that the classical reformer is the way to go. Be prepared to flow and let the reformer transform your body in this total body work out!

Cardio Spring Board:  Use the spring board to launch, push, press, and of course have fun!  Expect to challenge your core with a cardio work out that will leave your legs burning and your ads sore!

Mat:  Classical mat Pilates, this classic but challenging class will lead you through core strength exercise that will leave you feeling longer and leaner.
